Getting started is simple. You can grab a free 3-day intro pass through our app and jump into a class. Most people try one class and get hooked, but if you’re ready, you can also choose a membership and start right away.
No. This is one of the biggest misconceptions in fitness. You don’t get in shape before you start, you get in shape by starting. Every class is scalable, so you can begin where you’re at and build from there.
Expect a fun, welcoming environment led by a certified coach. We’ll show you around, walk you through the movements, and make sure you feel comfortable from the start.

Absolutely. Our coaches guide you through every movement and make sure you’re doing things safely and correctly.
Yes. Once you’re set up, you’ll have access through our app, which allows you to enter the gym whenever it fits your schedule.
Be mindful that our space will be pretty full during class times. Find a space to train and talk to the coach to make sure you’re not in the way.
We have everything you need for a complete training experience, including barbells, weights, a full rig, sandbags, jump ropes, ski ergs, bike ergs, and more.
No. Everything is month-to-month. We don’t believe in locking you into anything. We know you’ll stay because you want to.
A lot of people think group classes are intimidating, but that’s usually just your ego talking. Everyone here is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely glad you showed up. We want you to feel welcome no matter where you’re starting.
